Visit the historic centre of the Croatian capital and the Mirogoj cemetery!
You'll meet your professional driver guide at the entrance to Zrinjevac Park and head to the north of Zagreb. You will visit the Mirogoj cemetery, the oldest in Zagreb built in 1876. Today, it's a real highlight of the city and similar to Père Lachaise cemetery in Paris, you'll discover its architecture, pavilions and park boasting with century-old trees,
You'll continue your guided tour by taking the Zagreb funicular (ticket included) which links two districts and is also the shortest funicular in the world. Finally, you will explore the capital of Croatia on foot, passing through the historic district of Gornji Grad and the Kaptol district, and taking in a number of must-see monuments such as:
- Zagreb Cathedral
- St Mark's Church
- The Croatian National Theatre
- Ilica, Zagreb's main street
- Jelasic Square, Zagreb's main square
- Tkalciceva Street
- etc.
