**SEASONAL ACTIVITY from 1 March to 30 November** Accompanied by your guide, walk on the famous volcano of Vesuvius! Admire the breathtaking view from the summit!

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in central Naples.

Meet your guide in Pompeii and enjoy a break for lunch. A pizza and drink package is available to you.

Leave in the direction of "Torre del Greco" and then drive to Mount Vesuvius. Reach 1000 metres altitude by minibus.

Then continue by foot to the summit to reach the crater of the only active volcano in continental Europe. Admire the stunning views of the Bay of Naples and take some souvenir photos.

Your driver will then take you back to your city centre hotel.

Duration: About 3 hours and 30 mins
Time: 9 hours 30 mins (varies according to your hotel)
Departure location: your hotel in central Naples
Languages: Italian, English, Spanish and French

To take part in this activity simply present your booking voucher to the local tour operator
Your driver will collect the participants from the different city centre hotels. Pick-up may take half an hour
A multilingual guide is present during the tour, each guide will do the tour in a maximum of 2 languages
The number of participants on the tour depends on the season, however there will never be more than 60
Hotel pick-up/drop-off is only possible for people accommodated in central Naples
We recommend that you wear warm comfortable clothes and shoes (hiking style)
This excursion is not recommended for pregnant woman and people with heart problems
Important : If the Vesuvius park is closed due to bad weather on day of activity, you will be refund at 50% of the total amount paid
