Avoid the stress of arriving at an airport by booking a transfer to the city!
At the airport, the driver will be holding a sign with the name you gave upon booking.
You will travel in a private, comfortable, and safe vehicle. Travel in serenity and admire the Belgian countryside as you head from the airport to central Brussels.

- Availability: Every day (excluding exceptional dates)
- Departure point: Brussels Airport
- Your driver will be waiting for you just outside the arrivals gate holding a sign with the name you give upon booking
- If you can’t find your driver, please call the number on your booking voucher
- In the event that your flight is delayed, please contact the number on your voucher as soon as possible in order to notify your driver and avoid being considered a no-show
- Baggage allowance: One piece of cabin sized luggage per person
- Travelers are advised to book a vehicle with a larger capacity if they are traveling with additional luggage
- If you are carrying bulky luggage (musical instruments, skis, etc.), please contact us before booking
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
